Ash + River Townhomes has been home to us for a little over a year and it has been amazing! The beautiful townhomes put you right in the middle of downtown but also close enough to Ann Morrison park to make you feel like you have everything at your fingertips. The townhomes are modern, clean, and affordable for what they offer. It also helps that Push and Pour is right next door! The garage is so handy. Trash service is consistent. And the property is very well maintained. Maintenance and management have been nothing but amazing! If you want luxury at a reasonable price with the best location, Ash + River is the way to go!

Just a few months ago I would've given this place WAY less stars. Under Tablerock property management, they rent gouged, ignored all contact from tenants, ignored serious maintenance issues, etc. So if you see low ratings, I believe it is because of the previous PM company. However, since Avenue 5 has taken over it has been such a different experience, they are communicative, helpful, take care of issues THE DAY I bring them to their attention. It is such a wonderful location and I think the units are beautiful. So now with a good PM team this is a wonderful place to live! Highly recommend!

My wife, our children, and I love living at Ash & River. Our home is spacious with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, washer and dryer, and a study. We can walk to our jobs in downtown Boise, as well walk to shopping and dining. We are one block from the Boise Greenbelt, thereby near to Anne Morrison Park and Julia Davis Park. Our neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is clean. We feel safe and content in our new home.

I've lived here for two years and I absolutely love the apartment and location. I had quite a few issues with management being unresponsive and being gaslit by the maintenance team in the past. BUT the property management company recently changed (2 months ago) and the difference has been night and day. Repair issues have been fixed, the property manager responds within hours to emails, and they are trying really hard to build a community instead of just being landlords. I can easily imagine this being changed to a five star review after a few more months of the new management team being this outstanding! I always recommend checking out Ash and River to anyone I know how is looking for a new apartment.

I love my apartment. It's close to Payette Brewing, walking, downtown, and just enough space to not feel claustrophobic. I rented this apt. sight unseen, as I was in WA during the pandemic. Marissa was fantastic to work with, friendly, thorough, answered all of my questions ( I give her 5 stars). I don't give it a five - because the walls are thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbors flush which sounds like a waterfall in my apartment, and the bathroom fan turns itself on and off at will, and there is no way to stop it at times and it's loud. Other than that - it's a great place to live. Everybody is friendly enough, there are dogs galore and it's in the perfect spot for downtown living.
